Chana Chaat


Ingredients...

[1] Chick pea-2cups(dry)
[2] Red onions-2 (finely chopped)
[3] Channa masala-2tsp.
[4] Chat masala-1/4tsp.
[5] Punjab chole masala-1tsp.
[6] Pepper-1 dash .
[7] Chunky chat-to sprinkle .
[8] Bhel puri mix-1 packet/16ounce.
[9] Pani puri-10(crushed)
[10] Tamarind sweet sauce-1 cup .
[11] Coriander leaves-2cup(finely chopped)
[12] Lemon juice-1tsp.
[13] Salt to taste.
[14] Oil.
[15] Water .
Methods...

# Soak chickpea for longer more than 4hrs and pressure cook soft.Drain well without water and set aside.
# Heat kadai 2tbsp oil add chopped onion saute till transparent..
# Add the cooked chickpeas,channa masala,chat masala,punjab chole masala,mix well till chick pea is well coated with all masala..
# Add salt,pepper,lemon juice and sprinkle water and mix up for 2 minutes and remove from fire.
# Let it cool down,then add bhel puri mix,crushed puri,finely chopped onion & coriander leaves.Mix up well and add sweet chutney.
# Serve chat with evening tea or coffee
