Dilled Red Potato Salad


Ingredients...
[1] 2 lb. red potatoes.(about 6 med.size)
[2] 2 green onions-chopped.
[3] 1 cup frozen peas.
[4] 1 celery stick-thin sliced.
Dressing-1: Creamy
[1] 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
[2] 1/4 cup yogurt or sour cream.
[3] 1 garlic clove-minced.
[4] 2 tbsp. dill weed.
[5] 2 tbsp. lemon juice.
[6] 2 tsp salt.
Dressing-2:Oil/Vin
[1] 1/2 cup salad oil.
[2] 1/4 cup cider or wine vinegar.
[3] 2 tbsp. dill weed.
[4] 1/2 tsp dry mustard.
[5] 2 tsp salt.
Method...
1. Cook potatoes in salted boiling water. When potatoes are almost done(about 15 minutes), add peas and boil for 2 more minutes.
2. Drain water and let cool. Chop onions and celery and add to large bowl with cooled potatoes and peas.
3. Mix dressing (#1 or #2) in small bowl and pour over potatoes. Toss, cover and chill salad
