Russian Salad

INGREDIENTS...

[1] 1/2 cup cold cooked carrots, diced.
[2] 1/2 cup cold cooked turnips, diced.
[3] 1/2 cup cold cooked potatoes, diced.
[4] 1/2 cup cold cooked green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces.
[5] 1/3 cup cold cooked peas.
[6] 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
[7] salt and freshly ground black pepper.
[8] 1/3 cup julienned ham strips.
[9] 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced.
[10] 4 rolled anchovy fillets.


PREPARATION...

1. Toss the carrots, potatoes, turnips, green beans, and peas together in a bowl.

2. Mix in the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
