Methi-Chicken


Ingredients.....
[1] Chicken 500 gms.
[2] Garam Masala 1 tb (whole).
[3] Green Paste 1 tbsp.
[4] Kasoori Methi (dried leaves) 2 tbsp.
[5] Oil 4-5 tbsp.
[6] Onion 1 medium.
[7] Tomatoes 2 medium.
[8] Red Chilli powder 1 tbsp.
[9] Turmeric 1/2 tbsp.
[10] Dhania powder 1 tbsp.
Method .....
Heat oil. Add garam masala after spluttering add chopped onions. Cook till onions are light golden.
Add Chicken pieces. Cook till tender (10-15 mins)
Add chopped tomatoes and 1 cup water. Cook till tomatoes turn into a paste.
Add powder masalas and kasoori/fresh methi leaves.
Cook for another 5-10 minutes on medium heat..
Serve with methi paratha/rice.
