Chicken 'n' Robed

Ingredients .....

Raw cleaned Chicken legs - 4 pieces

[1] Onions - 4 medium.
[2] Garlic - 3 bulbs.
[3] Ginger - 50 gms.
[4] Curry Leaves - FRESH; 10 small branches {about 50 leaf}.
[5] Gram Masala Pwdr -2 tea spoons.
[6] Black pepper Pwdr - 3 tea spoons.
[7] Turmeric Pwdr -1 tea spoons.
[8] Salt -1 tea spoon .


Method .....


Grind the onions, garlic, ginger, curry leaves to a fine paste and add pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix it very well. Cover the chicken leg pieces with this thick paste and keep it for a twenty minute period. Heat a table spoon of cooking oil on a shallow frying pan and put the enrobed pieces and fry on simmer till it get red brown and serve with onion rings...


Precaution:- not even a hint of added water is to be added in the paste, to avoid oil spilling while you fry.
