Walnut Crunch Pudding


Ingredients..
[1] 1 cup sugar.
[2] 1 cup chopped walnuts.
[3] 1 egg, beaten.
[4] 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix.
[5] 1 cup dairy sour cream.
[6] 1 cup milk.
[7] 2 medium bananas, sliced.
Instructions...
Combine sugar, walnuts and egg. Spread thinly on
greased baking sheet. Bakeat 350F for 18 - 20 minutes or until golden brown; cool to roomtemperature. Crush baked nut mixture; sprinkle half the crumbs in bottom of 8 x 8 x2inch baking pan.
Combine pudding mix, sour cream and milk; beat on low speed of electric mixer or with rotary beater 1 - 2 minutes or until well blended. Fold in bananas. Spoon over crumbs in pan; top with
remaining crumbs. Chill several hours before serving. Cut in squares; garnish each sqIngredients uare with a walnut.
