Mushroom Masala

Ingredients ....


[1] Mushroom 400 gms.
[2] Oil 2 tb sp.
[3] Onions 2 medium.
[4] Tomatoes 2 mediun.
[5] Yoghurt 4 tb sp.
[6] Red chilli powder 1 tb sp.
[7] Turmeric powder 1/2 tb sp.
[8] Corriander powder 1 tb sp.
[9] Salt.


Procedure ....


Heat Oil. Add some zeera.
Add chopped onions. Fry until transparent.
Add chopped tomatoes. Cook until all mixed.
Add yoghurt and all the powder masala.Cook for 5 minutes.
Add chopped mushroom and cook for 5-10 minutes. Depending upon your taste for texture of mushroom.
Serve with some salad and paratha.
